Shipping Info: Arctic Sounds is really just one sad little man doing his best, so some things may take a little longer to ship. Everything will ship through the USPS, so expect some delays there too. Don't live in the US? Delays, sorry. But again, we're all trying our best.
Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied and need to make a return, you must send the item back to us through USPS, postage paid, to receive a full discount. A receipt of delivery will be required.
